Unpredictable demand creates unpredictable revenue.

01

Referral
dependence

Too many businesses survive on referrals and wait for the next recommendation to show up.

02

Unpredictable
revenue

That creates uneven pipelines, unsteady income, and no clear way to predict what next month looks like.

03

No time for
marketing

The team is already busy delivering, so there is no time to constantly invent a new marketing plan just to keep new clients coming in.

04

Growth
stalls

Marketing gets pushed to the backburner, growth stalls, and the business ends up waiting on referrals all over again.

What is the APS-System?

The APS-System, short for Acquisition Pipeline System, is VIVORA's client-acquisition system for established service businesses. It creates new demand, pre-qualifies inquiries, supports fast response and consistent follow-up, and moves suitable opportunities into your team's sales process.

The outcome: a steadier flow of qualified sales appointments so your team can spend less time chasing and more time closing high-quality work.

What the system actually does.

01

Turn attention into action

People need to see the right message, understand why it matters, and trust the offer before they book. APS connects attention, education, proof, and a clear next step instead of relying on one random post or referral.

02

Connect the whole pipeline

New inquiry → qualification → fast contact → consistent follow-up → appointment → your sales process. One connected path, with visibility into what happens to each opportunity.

03

Make acquisition measurable

2.62 €

Average lead cost across 176 leads generated within just three weeks in Jasminka's acquisition campaign.

$166,790

A U.S. marketing manager's median annual wage was $166,790 in May 2025, before adding the other specialist roles a full in-house team may require.

Remove repetitive follow-up

60%

Salesforce reports sellers spend 60% of an average workweek on non-selling work. APS uses AI for fast first response and consistent follow-up so your team does not have to manually organize every reminder.

Client Success Story

From full-time physical therapist to a growing coaching business.

Jasminka Menkovic was working full time as a physical therapist. After transforming her own nutrition, hormones, and fitness during menopause, she dreamed of becoming a full-time coach for other women who wanted to do the same.

She knew the work she wanted to do, but she had no experience with ads, marketing, or social media. We refined her positioning, built out the offer, SEO-optimized her profiles, built her website, connected the pieces, and strategically filmed and placed ads to reach the right audience.

The screenshots from our work together show the progression clearly: the campaign generated 176 leads at an average cost of €2.62 per lead within roughly three weeks, her professional dashboard later showed 95,014 views in 30 days, and her Instagram audience has since grown to 450+ followers.

Context: This project was delivered under an earlier, broader VIVORA scope. We use it today as process proof of our experience generating demand, structuring lead flow, and supporting client acquisition. It is not a promise that another business will achieve the same results.

Let's talk
about it.

Tell us about your business

We will review the basics first. If APS looks relevant, we will book a conversation.

Questions before we talk?

What is the APS-System?

The APS-System, or Acquisition Pipeline System, is VIVORA's client-acquisition system for established service businesses. It connects new demand, inquiry qualification, fast response, consistent follow-up, appointments, and the client's existing sales process.

Who handles the sales process?

VIVORA builds and manages the acquisition system. Your team remains responsible for the personal sales conversation, closing suitable opportunities, and delivering the work.

Do you guarantee results?

We can't promise a specific revenue number, client count, or fixed number of appointments because every market and sales process is different. What we can do is build and operate the acquisition system, then improve it using real campaign, lead-quality, and sales data.

What does it cost?

We'll confirm the investment after we understand your business and whether APS is actually a fit. We offer flexible payment options, and you should also expect a separate advertising budget plus any agreed third-party costs.

Is APS only for certain businesses?

It's built for established service businesses and proven high-value coaching or consulting offers where an additional customer is economically valuable and the business can handle more demand.

Why change what we are already doing?

You don't need to stop referrals or anything else that's already working. APS adds a more controllable acquisition channel so your business isn't dependent on referrals alone.

How fast can we see results?

Once onboarding, access, assets, and approvals are complete, the APS build is designed to be completed within 14 days. Results can start appearing after launch, but the pace varies depending on your market, offer, budget, creative, lead handling, and sales process.

What size business is a fit?

Headcount isn't the deciding factor. The stronger fit is an established business with paying customers, proof, healthy economics, available capacity, and a functioning process for handling and closing qualified opportunities.

Stop waiting on the next referral.
